FTSE rally continues for a second day

An apparent system failure at the London Stock Exchange on Tuesday threw the FTSE’s quarterly index reshuffle into chaos. The FTSE 100 registered a 1.9 per cent gain once the botched closing auction had been resolved, rising 81.2 points to a one-month high of 4381.26
